2-Year Warranty
All SwissKing.nu watches come with a 2-year warranty. To return a defective watch, obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a Watch Repair Form. Use a reliable carrier with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Refunds or credits are issued upon receipt of the original watch.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturers’ defects but not intentional damage or wear and tear. Contact us with a tracking number for returns.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Obtain an RMA number before returning. Watches must be in original condition with all packaging intact. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days upon receiving the return. Custom orders (e.g., extra gold/platinum) are non-refundable but may be exchanged under certain conditions.
Shipping and Handling
We recommend insuring your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages. Allow 1-2 weeks for repairs. The product is subject to final inspection before repair or exchange.
